City’s Mobile Office heads to Elsies River

This Thursday, 13 March 2025, the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be taking municipal services to the Adriaanse Civic Centre in Elsies River. A wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries will be provided. The Department of Human Settlements will also be on site during this visit. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity.

The details of the visit are as follows:

• Thursday, 13 March 2025, from 10:00 to 14:00 at the Adriaanse Civic Centre, Cnr. Of Adriaanse Avenue & Seboa Street, Adriaanse, Elsies River

The City’s Human Settlements department will also be present at the Adriaanse Civic Centre on the day.

The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City on a wide range of enquiries ranging from rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries.
 
‘We are expecting a large turnout in Elsies River as residents are aware of how effective these mobile office visits are in resolving their queries. The Human Settlements department will be on standby to assist with housing related queries as well. Residents are reminded to please bring along a copy of their ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
